“Cheap place to get gas near the airport. My only complaint was there wasn't a whole lot of room to either turn around or go around everybody else once you were done pumping gas.”

“I used their online service and ordered three goods using the app. The app UI is fairly easy to navigate and I had no trouble finding what I needed.The only issue that I have is with their service; it takes an extended amount of time to process the merchandise, and I didn't pick it up until the next day. Picking up was made simple, and I'm pleased that I didn't have to leave my car because they offer curbside pick up. The curbside pickup area is located south of the building beside the tires department, and it is difficult to miss if you follow the sign. Once parked, I use the app to inform the staff that I'm there so they may deliver the products to my car. The personnel was helpful in loading the stuff into my car.Overall, I'm satisfied and I anticipate using this service more frequently over the winter.”
“What a great company. I walked in looking for cabinet bracket replacements for brackets no longer made and they were able to get me comparable ones. The customer service was great. The woman at the will call counter was very nice. She brought someone up from the back to help and he was great to.”

“Update: Thursdays are now $1.00. It is a great place to shop for bargains. I love coming here and looking for stocking stuffers and small gifts. I have gotten press on nails, makeup, party plates (bundles), clothing, car accessories, toys, pet toys/treats, food items... and more... they even have a refrigerator section with cheeses and other great items. Ensuring smooth functioning checkout machines and providing treats to all customers, regardless of age, would further improve the overall shopping experience.”

“I had problems with the gas pump where it malfunctioned and froze up locking my ccard. Ivan was the onsite attendant and he worked diligently to try to reset the pump computer and finally got it working again after having to shut down both pumps. Though this process took over 15 minutes, it surely wasn't anyones fault. I am thankful the Ivan was there to assist me with this issue. His professionalism is greatly appreciated!”

“This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”
“The Costco (Rand Rd) is spot on every time with my prescritions. It's over ten years and they also get me the best price on my prescriptions as prices fluctuate on the pharma market. Yes you may need to wait your turn- we all do. Yes it may take a bit to get your new prescription started. But everything is done for a reason. Taking ones time helps ensure safety. “I had an excellent experience with Thuy. She went out of her way to make sure I received my medications. When she saw I was struggling to get a hold of another pharmacy to transfer my prescription, she went above and beyond, calling the pharmacy herself. All the while, she never rushed me or made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Thuy’s friendly demeanor just guaranteed a repeat customer!”
“Costco is the best place to get a nice pair of glasses with various additions to lenses, increased thinness, anti glare, no line bifocal, most corrections and transitions for around $300. You can usually find a decent pair of stylish frames as well. Most items there are well made and save you money. TVs, leather furniture, and mattress toppers are great deals. I really like their salad topper, seaweed, sticky rice, organic bananas, hummus and raspberries. Of course paper products for around the house are always much better buy, just need a place to store them. Also, if you use Costco travel to rent a car, it's the way to go with cheaper prices and a free second driver. Gas prices are also quite good.”

“My favorite company in this warehouse is Hoppy Not Happy but they’ve been making me Happy for years. They’re also known as Beauty Up Wholesale. They don’t make you jump through hoops to get their business like so many of the other stores inside the warehouse! They have everything you want and need. You got business, bring your EIN and if you can afford to spend, then HOPPY WILL LET YOU IN. No resale license needed. I just left today, get some new products. I’m never leaving them, Period!”

“Costco has long been one of my favorite places to shop, largely because their exceptional customer service sets the benchmark for excellence. I frequently visit the Schaumburg location, and I would like to recognize two outstanding employees there: Dan and Carmelina. They truly embody what exceptional customer service looks like.
I’ll share one example about Dan. I recently purchased a vitamin, and after checking out, I noticed the price on my receipt was $7 higher than what I had seen on the shelf. I approached Dan at the service desk and offered to go back to the aisle to take a photo of the price tag. Instead of asking me to do that—as many others might—Dan immediately took it upon himself to run to the aisle, take the photo, and bring it back to show me. On several other occasions when I needed assistance, Dan was equally helpful and solution‑oriented. Dan, thank you for your outstanding service and dedication.
Carmelina is another exceptional team member. She is genuinely friendly and always willing to help. When she worked in electronics, she once recommended a pair of over‑the‑ear headphones based on her own research and experience, and her guidance was spot‑on. There have also been times when I had issues with products, and she assisted me with the same kindness and professionalism. Carmelina, thank you as well for your consistent support and customer care.
Costco should be proud of employees like Dan and Carmelina—individuals who elevate the customer experience and represent the company with excellence.”

“Just got my first Costco membership card and I’m already impressed! ?? The deals and bulk savings are honestly incredible. Walking through the store felt overwhelming in the best possible way because there are bargains everywhere and I barely knew where to start ??
I can already tell I’m going to save a ton of money on everyday items I normally buy. From groceries to household essentials, everything seemed like a great value.
