It is a beautiful park with Georgeous views of Rend Lake. The grounds are well maintained with smooth roads for walking or bike riding. Nice picnic areas with grills and pavilions and a playground are a great place to meet with family members and friends for lunch. There are vault toilets, very clean restrooms and showers, one shower does not work and another lacks hot water. Camping areas for RV camping are nice and there is a boat launch dedicated for campers. Dog-friendliness is leash law but still and love to run around. Fishing for catfish is good and boaters are nice. The area is clean and great for a day all around.
