“Love this shop. I have 12 bikes and no time to work on them, so I let Joe, Ari, and Elie take care of my equipment. Super friendly and price friendly. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking it out.”

“Bring both my Trek bikes and my Pinarello here. Tuneup and quick fixes. My favorite is that they’re brutally honest if you’ve done something stupid like not lubing your chain. They seem to care about your bikes as much as you do. If not more sometimes!”

“I went here with my 5 year old to pick out a bike for her birthday. Beau was very helpful and patient and even guided us toward some used bike options to save money some money and also recycle a nice bike to a new home. They took the time to set it up properly and install training wheels.”

“Had a wonderful experience buying a new bike here to pull my daughters in our Burley trailer. The sales rep was awesome—super knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect bike, while also giving great advice on different terrains I could explore. During checkout, they went above and beyond by doing a quick tune-up and walking me through the bike's features, maintenance tips, and service schedules. They also have a massive selection of gear, from mountain bikes and e-bikes to scooters and skateboards. This is a fantastic shop, and I'll definitely be returning to get my bike serviced here. Check them out!”

“I have a 1988 Nishiki mountain bike. It hadn’t been ridden in quite a few years. Carmen tuned up the bike by replacing brakes and dry rotting tires (from 1996!). Carmen suggested a hybrid tire capable of street riding along with gravel road traveling. A true cross-country tire.”

“I’m so glad I found this place. The customer service is excellent, the labor very well priced and the care for my bikes is top notch. Whether I’m bringing them my $600 bike or my $6000 bike I know it’s in good hands. Thanks gents.”

“Just purchased a bike about 2 weeks ago. It had been about 29yrs since I’ve ridden a bike. Terry’s Byke Haus staff did an amazing job helping me find the right bike for my needs. I’m truly enjoying my new bike!”

“Jim and the crew are awesome. What I love about this shop is, he is VERY thorough. My bike is an investment and I don't trust any shop besides this one. Every other one I have been to does not give the same level of care. Sure, there are several bike shops closer to me, but I'd rather make the trip from Matteson --> Orland Park. Worth it for the service.”
