He walked me through every detail of switching from Verizon — clearly, thoroughly, and with zero sales pressure. He was completely dedicated to helping me navigate a complicated situation, and I immediately felt I was in good hands.

But what truly blew me away?
When I came back to the store near closing time, Ace was already off the clock — he had left for the day. But the moment he saw me returning, he turned his car around and came back to the store just to help me finish what we had started.

“Heather, who works in the check out lane, is one of the nicest employee's I have ever met! She was a great help to my cousin and I. My cousin forgot her phone in the check out lane, Heather noticed and put it at the service desk for us to come back and get. When we came back in she knew what we were looking for. Heather has a great personality, energy and is overall such an amazing person!! thank you Heather!!”

“We used Interstate Electronics for our schools intercom system. They were very quick with helping the school out as our current system died on us. We explained it was a safety concern and as soon as we got the quote and then PO they were onsite installing the system. They even trained us onsite on all the new technology. Some of the new features we have with this system is the ability to play songs and recorded announcements over the intercom for celebrations or emergencies and the ability to set different bell schedules to different rooms. Most importantly, our school no longer has that annoying loud ringing bell that would harm our students and staffs ears. A series of three tones to help direct students to their next class. We feel confident in the work they provided and we would highly recommend working with Interstate Electronics.”

“I've never had better service in a phone store than the service my mom and I received today at this store from Niah and Johnny, I seriously cannot recommend this store enough! Niah made us feel so comfortable and she had us cracking up she is so funny, just overall super personable. Johnny was amazing as well ith helping personalize our plan as we switched from at&t to Verizon, he seemed to genuinely care about every customer. The promotion prices were just the cherry on top, I couldn't believe we got top of the line phones with top of the line data for such an affordable price, it was like a dream! My only regret is that we didn't make the switch sooner. I will forever remember this wonderful experience today and I will be recommending Verizon to everyone I know.
