“Lombard T-Mobile saved the day after Customer Care via phone had previously screwed things up. The phone rep was incompetent and handled everything wrong, so we took a chance and went to the Lombard store, hoping someone in person could rectify things. Turns out, our issue did have to go back to over-the-phone customer care, but thankfully, T-Mobile specialist, Aqeb Ahmed, saw our frustration and graciously offered to let us place the call from there, and he spoke to the rep once they came on the line. Aqeb explained everything to them, and it all got straightened out. Thank you, Aqeb, for your excellence and stellar customer service. T-Mobile should give you a holiday bonus!”

“We used Interstate Electronics for our schools intercom system. They were very quick with helping the school out as our current system died on us. We explained it was a safety concern and as soon as we got the quote and then PO they were onsite installing the system. They even trained us onsite on all the new technology. Some of the new features we have with this system is the ability to play songs and recorded announcements over the intercom for celebrations or emergencies and the ability to set different bell schedules to different rooms. Most importantly, our school no longer has that annoying loud ringing bell that would harm our students and staffs ears. A series of three tones to help direct students to their next class. We feel confident in the work they provided and we would highly recommend working with Interstate Electronics.”

“The LG BP530 Blu-ray Player I ordered through World-Import played the PAL format discs I ordered from down-under on my NTSC equipment with no problems. And that is even when sending the HDMI output through a wireless extender to a CVBS converter to an old CRT TV! I put in any kind of disc and hit play. I could not be more pleased.”

“I have a Hammond A100 organ with two Leslie speakers. Mike was able to evaluate the Hammond power amp, and the two Leslie speakers. The organ amp had been previously modified. One of the Leslie speakers was a 122 (original to the Organ) and used B+ voltage to switch speed. The other Leslie was a 145 (and much smaller than the 122. I used a preamp/speed switch pedal to operate the 145, for Combo organ use. To make a long story shorter, Mike was able to alter the the pedal to control the 122 Leslie as well as the 145 Leslie which was retired to use B+ speed switch voltage. That allowed me to use both Leslie's with the A100 as well as with the use of the pedal a Hammond portable, i,e., Xk3c etc. Amazing knowledge here on 60 year old equipment, for maybe 200-300 bucks. Also had a couple of Fender Guitar Amps checked out a set to spec values and general maintenance. Well done and nice having a report on the maintenance when it comes to a sale. Next project will be the evaluation of a Pioneer 1250 Receiver circa mid 1970's. has not been turned on in 40 years. I expect that based on its design, monster Capacitors for energy storage that this may also be restored for a fair price.”

“A few months ago, I bought a high-end AV system from County Line. It worked beautifully when it worked, but had a number of issues. The techs and others at County Line responded immediately and competently whenever I had a problem. We mutually concluded that the AVP was defective, and County Line contacted the manufacturer in Europe. After several abortive efforts at finding a fix, the mfr. concluded that County Line was right and replaced the product. More recently, I had a different problem. I called the tech (on a Sunday evening) expecting to leave a message. He answered the phone, concluded that the problem was with the universal remote and called the mfr., who identified the problem and fixed it remotely that same evening. County Line stayed with me throughout, standing behind the products they sold me beyond my expectations. A great place to do business with.”
