“Been a big fan of heroes for years for a lot of different reasons. The owner is fantastic and their communication with social media responses is very quick. It's very convenient to know what's in stock and to get timely answers. Most hobby places I've dealt with in the past are very slow when it comes to responses/non existent. Outside of great communication, owner/staff are very friendly and overall fantastic people to deal with. To the fun stuff - it's a classic card shop with a great selection and cool memorabilia as well. They also do very fun raffles as well which is extra reason to continue to spend money on your hobby :) Keep up the great work!”

“When the cashier asked if I found everything needed, I had said no. I could not find a frame to match a specific painting. She said that it might work to try for a bigger frame and mat. She suggested I go and explain what I was looking for in the framing department. The lady in the framing dept said we could get a bigger frame, and she could customize cut the mat. It could not have been better. The two women were wonderful. It turned out so good that we are going to get an art light to highlight it.”

They have so many interesting things here, their selection is very large, and the whole place is really enjoyable. This spot is very clean, cozy, neat, organized, and bright. Everything here is great! Fantastic customer service! Their employees here are really nice, decent, and knowledgeable. They all know how to treat their customers so right. Also, they will help you to find the things you need. They are so accommodating. You can also check out so easily because they have many cashiers. Awesome service. This Michaels is very accessible, their location is very near and easy to find. You can go to their spot in just a few minutes from your area. Very convenient. The only reason why I gave them four stars is because their restrooms need some repair. But their place is still my preferred place to buy things for crafts and others. They are way better and cheaper than other stores around the place. Plus, this Michaels is also a great place to buy some decorations for Christmas and other special holidays. You can also order online and visit their website. They will bring your order to you quickly. Really wonderful spot! All of their items have really good quality. A really must-visit place for arts and crafts. I will definitely go back here again when I am nearby and I need some crafts again. Thank you for your awesome service guys!
