“My project to report is the replacement of a digital hard drive with a solid state one. The target here is a ten year old Mac mini. The technician had it over the weekend and returned it after five days. Data restoration was not requested nor was it done. I supplied the replacement drive. The install was successful. The data recovery I performed without his assistance. Very happy with the speed and the final price of the finished project. My thanks!”

“I went to the AT&T store to get my line switched and upgrade to the new iPhone 16 Pro Max, and Carlos Cabrera, the manager, made the whole experience amazing! He was doing everything by himself, but you wouldn’t even notice because he handled it all like a pro.
Carlos took his time explaining everything to me, making sure my data transferred over, and walking me through all the features of my new phone. He was super patient and never made me feel rushed, even though the store was pretty busy. Honestly, he’s a one-man army!
Carlos definitely deserves a raise and a stronger team to help him out. The fact that he’s able to do so much on his own says a lot about how dedicated and hardworking he is. If you go to this AT&T, make sure to ask for Carlos – he’s the best!”
