“I scheduled my appointment online and this location did not get this on their schedule.
I called to let them know that I’m running late and couldn’t make my 12:30 appointment.
They didn’t get that online appointment but they still accommodated me.
I’ve called several shops and an auto diagnostics was $20-30 more elsewhere.
I was planning on purchasing this used car but I wanted to know what repairs needed
to be done. I was then able to negotiate 800 less on the purchase price of this car. Worth the $60 complete diagnostic charge.
They did a top notch job. They took over 1 hour and at the end I received a diagnostic report
of all the issues on this car.”

“I went after work around 5:45pm to inquire about AC recharge due to my car my having cold air during the heat wave. Zac greeted me and mentioned it could be done if no issues were found during diagnosis. Zac kept me updated, gave me a play by play and I was out in about 1 hour and only because there was a car in front me for the same thing. Even if there was a further issue that needed a mechanic visit he had recommendation for me. I definitely would recommend and would be a returning customer.”

“If you’re looking for good & honest shop, look no further.
After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$.
Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected.
He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed.
They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about.
I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”

“I went on Saturday to get an oil change. When I first arrived all the workers were very helpful and pleasant. They got my car ready in sufficient time. DENNIS along with all the guys there that day were great!! TWO THUMBS UP!! THANK YOU! MY CAR FEELS GREAT!”
“Came here for a diagnosis of a front end noise in my 2012 Range Rover. I had replaced almost the entire old, noisy front end over the past few months, but after some time of a nice, tight, quiet ride another front end noise surfaced that I could not identify. They inspected the car and told me exactly where the noise was coming from, but said everything looked ok. They thought it might be poor tolerances of an aftermarket part, or problem with the suspension calibration (which was indeed out of whack, but not the root cause). btw Ethan, the Lemforder control arm turned out to be OE. They suggested a number of things for me to try to resolve the issue. I followed their advice which helped me figure out and resolve the issue on my own in about 15 minutes on my lunch break. Turned out it was just a bolt that wasn't seated quite right even though it was able to be torqued down. No charge for the diagnosis. Though they didn't quite solve the issue, they were honest, helpful, and didn't just try to throw new (expensive) parts at the issue, and ultimately helped me save money. Very pleasant experience at this shop, and I will come back next time I have a job I don't want to do on my own!!”

“I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

“I booked online and as others have mentioned, it wasn't in their system, so I recommend calling them direct through the option to get to the location. Either way, they squeezed me in, fixed my issue, and got me on my way quickly (1st thing in the morning). Every time I've been to this location, they are extremely kind, professional, honest and efficient. It's a way different (better!) experience than other tire & auto places I've been to.”
