“I have been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I feel this place is a little known suburbs secret. This is exactly the type of small business we are lucky to have locally. I probably should take better care of my car but I park outside and have two messy kids in and out of it. Despite this, whenever I reach my limit and can’t stand the sight (and smell) of my car I take it here to be hand washed in and out and it comes out looking like new. I’m not exaggerating- my husband is always shocked how great it looks after. It’s just a bonus the staff are so friendly, that you can make appointments online, and that it’s in an area that’s great to walk around in while you wait.”

“After 21 years of Chicago parking my 2003 Jaguar was showing a few battle scars. I stopped by Superior Collision and met Dave and Sky. They were terrific. We agreed on a very fair price and in 2 days, my Jag looked like new.
They whipped up their own touch up paint and repaired all the dings and even deep scratches. I think they buffed out the entire car. I got more than I paid for.
This was my second visit to Superior Collision. They are my go to place for body repairs.”
“Tino always comes through! Heat in car not working. He diagnosed, ordered the parts snd fixed in on a Sunday morning. All at a reasonable cost.
A couple months ago my car was sideswiped. Body shops gave me estimates of 1400 and 800. Tino knew there was no major damage or repair, cleaned the scuff marks and it was looking new.

“I wish there werent any eperiences with 1 stars for this place because i had such a great experience that I cant imagine how they could steer anybody the other way- but I guess that makes them truthful and real. As for my experience, I have severe allergies and I didnt realize I could find a detailer who could properly clean my vehicle without the residual strong chemical smell that would also cause me problems. My car was brand new but it got wet in the rain and even the small wet area had a mild odor that was causing my throat to close and so the solution was to clean it but so many other places would clean it but then leave a strong chemical smell which also causes my throat to shut. But at Carrectly, they were able to treat that detail and lift the smell and my car was back to fresh smelling again. This was not just any cleaning as because of how sensitive I was it had to be done right. Normally I am the one over explaning to people how things need to be done to tailor to my health but at Carrectly it was the other way around and they were the ones explaning the ins and outs that I actually learned something new. They knew more about how to keep me healthy when it came to being inside my vehicle than i did. It was such a relief. They even took the vehicle back a second time just to leave no stone unturned. They didnt charge me for me it and didnt argue like how other places would just force more money out of me if I felt it needed a second look. I will be back here as i feel this place is where i finally found a solution. Another place i took my car to in the city charged me 3x and my car just kept smelling like product and made me sicker and sicker that i had to go to ER cause of the strong chemical and mold smell. I got so desperate but then stumbled on reviews for Carrectly and they are literally a life saver and i am so grateful that there are experts in driving distance! They are really nice people too!”
“Last Friday had my Ford escape washed there Went shopping at Menards right after when I returned to my Nice clean car I noticed it was covered with Bird excrement. I had parked near a light pole that had cable wires connected, looked up and noticed tons of pigeons on the cables. I went back to Riverview car wash and they couldn't have been more helpful. They got in and rewashed it. No Charge. Not my first time there They are Very Professional.”

“This was my first visit here. The sign to the left says express, and the right lane says full service; however, once you turn the corner, they all go through the same AUTOMATIC car wash. As I was trying to read the sign, there was a lady customer blowing like a mad woman. I had to get out and ask for directions. I chose the PLATINUM FULL SERVICE. The staff was nice. 15 minutes later, they told me my car was ready. The running boards still had mud splatter, the passenger seat and trunk had not been vacuumed, the door jams all had water running down them, the front grill and window still had bug splatter. There are black smudges on my leather that weren’t even there when I arrived. Whatever they sprayed in the interior is now chalky so I assume it was not the right chemical for my material. There was a smudge on my seat (make up) the gentleman told me that’s a detailers job. Absolutely not, I wipe this off all the time with AmorAll. When I asked why my car was half done, he said, sometimes the guys “forget”. It’s 9am. I watched them dry my car so I have no idea when they actually did three coats of wax as quoted in the platinum package. But I did notice one of the gentleman drying my car, kept looking at the lady who was blowing at me as if she was talking to him. I was inside, so I cannot confirm that she told him not to do a good job. But this was a horrible car wash. I feel like I got an express wash, but paid for a PLATINUM. No scent was included. I do appreciate him taking the time to try to make sure I was happy before I left, but as you can see in the photos they just didn’t pay attention to detail. Disappointed.”

“You can tell this is the kind of business run by someone who is passionate about their work! I don’t know how Francisco did it, I have all the crevice tools and still couldn’t get near to his level of craftsmanship. So, highly recommend the mini detail if you have a family car.
Also, we’re grateful that Augustin recommended the buffing service he provides- they completely removed a scrape from the front door to the back of the car and went above and beyond to also buff our headlights.
Fees were transparent and well worth the time and results; we’ve taken other cars of ours here before and we will keep coming back!”

“Just left after having been to Chicago hand car wash for the first time and was very satisfied. Enter in off the alley off Wellington and there are signs guiding you, so it's really easy. The staff is very nice and are not pushy about selling add ons. There was no line on a sunny Friday morning and the wait time was about what you'd expect for a good hand wash and interior vacuum etc. Didn't really keep track but would guess about 20 minutes or so. Prices are reasonable if not cheaper than most the surrounding hand car washes around. I recently purchased a Black Tesla which like any black car is hard to clean and keep clean. So I have been to few other hand washes and a lot of the other area places tend to rush through the drying and often leave water spots and streaks. Not the guys over at Jose's place. They got all the places where water collects and streaks out after you pull away like mirrors, door sills and trunk. I really appreciate not having to pull off somewhere afterwards and remove the water spots and streaks. Great place, great people and grab the punch card for a free wash after 7 washes.”
