I had a cracked windshield from a fallen tree branch that was supposed to be an easy fix with Safelite...turns out some corrosion along the frame would've left me with a compromised seal with potential leaks and Safelite recommended FIRST going to a body shop. Since I work walking distance from Wilmette Autobody...I thought I'd give them a shot. Glad I did!
Super fair price to repair the rust/corrosion and made scheduling my visit with Safelite super easy (they simply installed windshield at Wilmette Autobody). Job was done in a day!

“Was constantly having a check engine on my Audi A4 around 135k miles. Went to the dealership and they were quoting me insane prices, even just for the diagnostic. Thankfully one of my friends Dan referred me to Sam at Advanced Auto Clinic. I am always hesitant to go to franchise mechanic shops so i did not want to take my Audi just to any jiffy lube or car-x.
This place has experience with foreign vehicles and after the hospitality I received at Advanced Auto Clinic, I definitely would go here instead of the dealership 10 times out of 10. Sam worked on my car, gave me an honest explanation as to what was going on, and then gave me a fair price.
Hard to find that with mechanic shops nowadays. He even called me after the fact to follow up and see how the A4 was running. There is a reason this place has been open for so long.

“The mechanic here saved my car on Friday late afternoon. The brake line went out and he replaced it for me. Very helpful and not crazy expensive. very reasonable. My car wouldn't go past 30mph because the brakes got clogged. The gentlemen here are extremely helpful and informative. If anyone is in a pickle with car issues, this is a perfect place to get it diagnosed and repaired. Thank you again for taking care of me, no appointment either. Super grateful ❤️❤️❤️”
