“When I go to Chase, I never need to worry about the customer service because Chase bankers are always professional and good. Today I had another great experience. We needed to open a credit card that does not charge foreign transaction fees. I called at first and spoke with a banker directly at the first ring. We then went to the branch. The gentleman (sorry, could not remember his name) wad very polite and knowledgeable about the products. We completed the task in 15 minutes. We were very satisfied. Chase by far is the best bank I have dealt with. Go Chase!”
