“Very organized and clean store. Damian Pilurs was very helpful in the purchase of the bike (Roscoe 7) I came in looking for. I informed him that this was my first MTB and that bike components are not very familiar to me. Damian was very helpful and not condescending at all and helped me understand all the important aspects/features of my new bike. I also test rode the bike before purchasing and the associate went above and beyond in that as well, with filling the tires and adjusting the seat. He broke down the specs to me as I was wary in the purchase of such an expensive bike. Everything was smooth and efficient. Definitely a store I would return to in the future if I needed tips for my new MTB.”

She patiently explained everything in completely approachable, non-bike person way. She was totally up front about costs and accessories I should get/skip- no hard sell or judgmental side eye.
Yes, you WILL pay more than those online e-bike companies you keep getting IG ads for. I know… we love a coupon code, but some things are just worth it to buy in-person and pay full retail ….this is one of them.

When I asked a staff member for their opinion on what types of bikes to check out, they very kindly explained what kinds of bikes would suit me best, what sizes might work best, the differences between frame types, and so on. “They make the Impossible Possible. Extremely Knowledgeable and Friendly. Easily accessable location with Free street parking in front. They have the parts and knowledge to fix all your problems. I took my bike here to have a newly purchased Crank Set installed (unfortunately not purchased here, it was a Christmas Gift). They were quick to notice the manufacturer did not include the Hollow Bearing Bottom Bracket. They proceeded to work with me by offering to sell me one, or wait until the manufacturer shipped the missing one that should have been included. They were also able to swap out my rims for the New Carbon SuperTeam Rims I got for Christmas. Which was not as simple as one may think considering they required valve extensions. The first Bike Shop I went to (closer to home) told me they couldn't do it.

“Communication 5/5 - they text you any time they have a question about the bike, whether you want to okay an expense, and when it's time to pick it up.
Friendly 5/5 - They knew my face by the second service! I've also asked really easy, borderline embarrassing, questions and they always go into a thorough explanation without any of the condescension.
Timing 5/5 - they are really fast! They get to my bike anywhere from under 12 hours, and up to 72 hours.
Flexibility 5/5 - whenever I can't pick up my bike, they're really nice about waiting for me

The owner said the place has been open for about 78 years! I'm so happy to see places like this still in business. He's got a great variety of bikes and accessories and maintenance tools that you'd need, so definitely swing by!”

“Had a wonky loose seat issue on a newer bike that I purchased at another bike shop. I didn't have the tool on me to do the tightening and still had several miles to get home, so I took a gamble and stepped into this shop. They took care of me right away, tightening up the seat bolt, offering advice, and they didn't charge me anything for taking the time to do so. These folks get a big thumbs up from me for their customer service! I'll be back in the future when I need something for my bike and I'll be happy to support a business like this.”
“I got set up with new boots, skis, bindings, poles, and assorted accessories here for a fair price and with a super quick turnaround. Bindings were on within 36 hours, just in time to leave for a trip to Mont Tremblant and Killington, VT. Duncan, who fit me, was amazing. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and just a generally good guy. Turns out, the word must’ve gotten out about him because they named a lift after him here in Quebec.”
