“Such a community gem. I’ve loved the different workshops I’ve attended. I appreciate being able to buy materials from the warehouse - which provides affordable materials and keeps them out of the landfills. Their job force training has been life changing for my son and others.”

As a contractor, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous suppliers, and I must say that the experience with Richards has been outstanding. The reliability of their supply chain has been great, contributing significantly to the efficiency of our construction sites and enabling us to meet project deadlines consistently. The customer service provided by the team of the branch deserves commendation. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, always ready to assist and go out of their way to help. I highly recommend them!”

“My experience at Lowe's on Willow was superb. I needed the manager and after being paged did not show. The customer service gentleman, Matt went running around the store and escorted him to me to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks Matt!”

“Came to this location this morning. Doors were locked. Rang the door bell and a friendly face came to let me in. He did ask if I had an account of which I do not but they still helped me out anyways. They did not have what I needed in store but was directed to order online. The gentleman I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. He offered more assistance if I had trouble finding it on my own. If my business continues to grow I will be back to open an account with such a great Company. I look forward to working with them some more. Hint to the public, ring the doorbell once and be kind they will be very responsive to you.”
