“We have taken our car to Royal Automotive for oil changes for at least eight years, and we are always pleased with their service.
Recently, they did collision repair work for us, and everything about the process and their work was superb. Of the three estimates we obtained, theirs was the fairest price with the fastest turnaround time. As always, the staff were friendly and thorough in their communications. There was a slight delay in finishing the work, as they found when it arrived that a replacement part did not meet their quality standards. They quickly ordered another part that was satisfactory, and we appreciate that they made sure the work and parts reflected their high standards. They kept us informed at every step in the process and expertly handled all the insurance company correspondence. We highly recommend Royal Automotive.”

“Caliber Collision on Howard Street in Skokie has just made the third repair on one of my cars, FYI: Before becoming a consultant design engineer, I owned and operated an auto body shop in Southern California. When I tell you that ther work is flawless, you are getting it from a very authotative source. THeir communication is equyally outstanding. THey explain thing in simple terms that anone can understand and keep their customer in the loop with frequent text messages advising them on progress. THe coofee and pop cord in their waiting room is also excellent. I and insurance companies trust them and so can you, If some fool hit one of my cars again, yjr only good thing is that I will get to visit my friends at Caliber.”

“Fix Auto was amazing. I had almost 10k in damage to my, and was expecting a long repair process. After dropping my car w/ the friendly reception staff, I was updated via text within 24hrs of a tentative date for completion. Which was about 3 weeks time, I was not optimistic they would hit this date. I received an update weekly, and sure enough the car was complete on the date they stated. It only was the repair completed without any trace of an accident, but, they also detailed my car inside/out. They were awesome from start to finish.”

“I failed emissions inspection because they couldn't connect to my OBD port. Car was fine, the pins on the connector were just dirty or bent. Victor took a look, fixed the problem in 5 minutes for $10, and I passed. Amazing!”
“Excellent and friendly service. They worked with the dealer to take care of some additional stuff they found under my existing warranty - I would never have known to fix this issue had they not found it and with warranty soon to expire I would have been stuck with the cost out of pocket.
The repairs they did from the car accident were exceptional. My Jeep looks like brand new. They even found some room in the budget to touch up some minor previous damage.

“Bought an old fixer-upper in Albany Park and needed to get some window screens fixed. Folks are a little gruff when they first answer the phone. But don't let that fool you, very friendly and reliable service. I dropped off 5 window screens and got them back in a week, good as new. Highly recommend and would definitely come back for other work.”
