Thank you Rouzati’s for doing such a phenomenal job cleaning a 100-year old rug. I truly believed I would have to discard it after keeping it in storage for many years. The rug is spotless and the colors are vibrant once more. Your customer service has been exemplary from beginning to end. Yovany and Kevin delivered my rug and laid it perfectly in place. They were most helpful. Your effort in restoring this rug is much appreciated!

We could not be happier with our beautiful stair runner! We were in a bit of a hurry because our third baby was about to join our family and our newly refinished stairway needed a runner. I was hesitant because I love the look of hardwood stairs, but safety first with kiddos. Now that our runner is in I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s beautiful and completed our stairs. Installation was fast and the quality is great.

I received a very competitive quote for cleaning my Persian rug here at Rouzati. They were running a special for free pick-up and delivery which was well appreciated. Elizabeth assessed the repair needed for the original fringe and suggested getting the edges bound instead for a cleaner more modern look. Jafar gave me a great price for this too and the rug looks better than ever! Thank you Rouzati Rugs! Great job!

WONDERFUL! I was 9 months pregnant and really wanted to get a stair runner installed before the baby arrived. Ali and team made it so easy for me! I scheduled an in-home consultation/estimate and chose samples from their website. Jafar provided great guidance throughout the consultation and let me borrow a few of the samples while I mulled over the final decision. They were in constant communication with me and were able to squeeze me in early due to a cancellation which I really appreciated. The installation was quick and very meticulous. We LOVE our stair runner and get so many compliments!

I've been to Rouzati twice in the past year and had a wonderful experiences both times. The first visit, I dropped off a rug to be cleaned at the Wilmette location - they were quick, reasonable, and delivered the rug once they finished the cleaning. More recently, I went into the Evanston location to shop for a large, uniquely sized rug. I am admittedly price-sensitive, and had very specific colors in mind as well. Niesan was incredibly patient and helpful. He is a wonderful listener, and was able to show me several rugs that matched what I was looking for. I picked 2 options, and they delivered them to try out at our house for a few days. We fell in love with the first rug, and Ali helped us with a custom-size rug pad to go with it. They are coming back today to drop off the rug pad and pick up the spare rug. So easy! Thank you Rouzati team.
