“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. The cigars were great and I definitely will come back.”
“We go there twice a month for our tobacco products. There prices are really good . Usually we have the same lady who is very nice and helpful.,last time we were there we had a disagreement about the way she rang up the prices . It was almost 10 more than usual . When we were able to get her to understand she was kinda of rude and didn’t like seeing she made a mistake. But who does ??? Overall it’s the best tobacco place our here ..”

On top of that I asked him to please watch me get back to my car because there was a sketchy man standing right outside the store. I had refused to buy products for that man so I was scared for my safety to get back to my car. The salesman was gracious enough to see me get back in my car and drive off safely. “From the very start the customer service was professional and precise via text messaging. I ordered for delivery and it arrived under an hour. The flavor (Obama) is very tasty. “Stopped in while visiting my parents and was thoroughly impressed.
The humidor is beautifully maintained, offering an exceptional selection of cigars for both casual smokers and aficionados. I was particularly impressed with the range of well-aged cigars and limited editions, which are often hard to come by. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and selection.
Aaron, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations tailored to my preferences. He clearly knows his inventory and takes the time to make sure you’re getting the perfect cigar, whether you’re seeking something mild or bold.
To my surprise, I even stumbled upon some rare, out-of-production pipe tobacco sitting on the shelves—a real treat for enthusiasts like myself.
