I am so thankful for this UPS and especially for Cass’ help and kind demeanor. I used to hate going to UPS as so many of the workers are rude, but this location is different. Their kindness goes a long way. Thank you Cass and crew!!

The bad reviews puzzle me. I've used this location a number of times for Amazon returns and I've never had any issues. Staff has always been quick and efficient. I just wish they were open a little later.
