“I can’t say enough good things about this gym! It has saved my life! The people, especially the instructors and staff, are amazing! They offer a variety of fitness classes and personal training. I’ve struggled my whole life with weight and finding a workout routine that works for me. Believe me when I tell you, this place really motivates you! They are understanding, helpful, and really help you to reach your goals! They also have a delicious protein shakes for after work outs! Highly recommend them! What are you waiting for, go get your sweat on!”

“My dad and I were in town from KC for my grandmas funeral and the hotel gym wasn’t cutting it. It was 8:30pm, we were driving around and calling places to see where is staffed so we could get day passes. No gyms were picking up until we called the number Rich has posted. We asked about day passes and he asked what we were doing in town and we told him. Without hesitation he told us the passcode to get in. Truly a class act that my dad and I won’t forget.That’s not even the best part. Rich’s gym is unreal. It has anything you could possibly want in a gym. Cardio section, plenty of squat racks, cables, benches… everything. If you are looking for a gym this is the place to be. It had the vibes of a professional home gym. Definitely wish there was a place like this in Kansas City!”

“Nice facility with great trainers. Christina and Brent are super helpful and give great tips and feed back. There are lots of classes and a good number of machines and cardio equipment to make getting through routines very easy. Have 24/7 hours is also very convenient to work out when it is best for you.”

“The price is very accessible which I love, everyone who goes here is very nice. It's definitely a small gym and gets crowded at peak times, especially if you use the weights that would be an issue. There is a lot more space given to cardio. Love that they have an indoor track!”
