“Tyler did an Awesome Job with tinting all windows in my daughter's 2016 Chevy Cruze. In error, I chose the wrong shade. However, he worked with me on the pricing to re-do all over again for a darker shade and my daughter is very pleased with the outcome. The Naperville Location is very professional, clean & they have an area where you can sit in with two nice leather sofas, a large screen TV with movies that you can stream to watch which gives you a very comfy feel as if you're waiting inside your own living room while waiting for them to complete the work. He even offered us bottles of water because we’re were very exhausted after the moving process. “Great experience with a truck rental here. Reasonable price for middle or long distance trip. more profitable than the others. Manager Donnie is competent guy who was a pleasure to deal with. Check in process took 10 minutes and check out less than 5. Fresh truck, no issues.

“The cafe is modernized with the ability to order food online or in person in a kiosk and usually self pay. I like the grill station and is the only station I actually go to out of 3 station they have. Would recommend the Parmesan chicken sandwich. Sadly, this is a locked facility and only employees are able to come in.”
“I dont normally write reviews online let alone for a car rental company but i gotta give credit when credit is due. I've been renting from this location for quite a while now and I'm always satisfied with their service. On my last rental i requested a big SUV with a big cargo trunk for a family trip. I was originally given an Expedition, and i didnt really quite like how small the size of the back cargo is. Eddie came out to check up on me and ask me if theres a problem, when i told him i needed a bigger trunk cargo SUV, he immediately swapped the car with something more spacious. That right here is a great customer service. I will definitely use this place again and recommend it to the people i know.”

“We rented a U-Haul 10' Truck to move storage units and had a great experience at the Mr Kwiks Service location in Naperville. The selection was plentiful and the truck was pristine inside and out. The only issue we had was due to the app requirements, which were not smooth, but Ken at the office helped us upgrade our van to a truck and get everything set. We had a friendly and professional experience with Ken and enjoyed talking about "old Napervile" back in the day. We'll be happy to rent from Mr. Kwiks Service again in the future.”

Trucks are always clean and in great working condition. The storage units are always clean with easy to use over head doors. But a big reason I have continued to use U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream for years was because of Catherine the mgr. When I heard she left U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream I thought I might have to find a new provider. I met the new Mgr DeShawn and I could hardly believe that he surpassed the great service I have received for years from Catherine. In today's world this level of knowledge of the job, friendliness, and a true desire to help is almost non existent! I highly recommend Mgr. Deshawn and U-Haul Moving & Storage of Carol Stream!!”
