“I’m giving you a 5 star because I didn’t want to hurt your business. However I have a complaint. I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s work. The flowers arrived at 330 n the afternoon and she gets off at 4. What is the point to have flowers delivered if your not delivering them until the end of the day?? And if you knew it would be late why didn’t you call ? As for the flowers, my wife said they were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever sent her. So ultimately that’s why I gave 5 stars. Please work on your delivery and communication. Thank you.”
“Kimberly and her mom made certain our mom had a beautiful display of flowers that represented our mom. I told her our mom’s favorite flower and colors and she put together a beautiful urn wreath, beautiful altar flower pots, everything matched, it was so beautiful. So many compliments too. She also works with what you’d like to spend. Everything was set up on time and beautiful. THANK YOU!

“Very disappointed in the delivery process. My mother’s Christmas flowers weren’t delivered on the scheduled delivery date which was five days from the order date so there was plenty of time to prepare and deliver. I called FTD to let them know they weren’t delivered and spoke to a representative who was hard to understand because of his foreign accent. He checked with the florist and they said they would be delivered that day by 8:00 PM. Well they weren’t! I called again after the time deadline and spoke to another hard to understand foreigner. He said they would be delivered the next day. Finally they were delivered but two days late. No compensation was offered by FTD. I have used FTD for a long time and every year they seem to be going down hill when it comes to the freshness of their flowers and delivery process. I hope FTD can fix their problems.
