    They cancel your appointment without your permition . You call them answer robots do not wast your money

    Branch at my doctor's office sent me home with a stool sample kit and skeletal instructions. I didn't understand. Called main lab and they said to call branch lab. Branch lab gave incoherent answers and then complained that I had taken up too much of their time. Really left me feeling hopeless.

    What a bunch of crooks. Their "early payment discount" should be called the "don't rip me off discount"
