“This is a very helpful nice place. You are able to take all type of surveys and try different samples of food. The surveys are usually 30 minutes or less and you are able to choose the time which works best for you and your schedule.”
“We hired a contractor for Asbestos abatement, we wanted to get the work certified. Absolutely amazing service, Brian was very personable and explained each area he was testing and why. Very happy with the service, hopefully we wont have to deal with Asbestos again, however if i did i would go right back to these guys with my business”

The accuracy and reliability of test results -- along with great customer service and access to in-house doctors for questions -- has made them my Go-to lab for endocrinology. The results have effectively guided my treatment plans for patients, who are primarily women. As a provider, I've also been able to request educational resources from Doctor's Data on hormone balancing and the specific tests offered. They have webinars too. “The check-in process is awesome. They have a digital machine that checks you in and easily scans your ID and insurance card. So efficient. We waited under 10 minutes.
The person who did my blood draw was kind, quick, and respectful. I was in and out fast, and it didn’t hurt at all.
Honestly, so much better than going to my doctor’s office for labs. Highly recommend.”

“Oh my gosh, what an amazingly smooth and fast process! If you're an anxious over-planner like me, I'm writing this review for you (and also for this business which deserves the praise). I checked in at 9:40 for my 9:45 appointment, and I was literally back sitting in my car by 9:48. They are so organized!I had an order for bloodwork from my doctor so I googled places near me and landed on this Labcorp location. I scheduled online, which was super well-designed and easy to do. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning; perfect, since I needed to be fasting.This Labcorp shares a building with another organization, but it's all very well marked. The parking lot is ample and the door clearly says Labcorp on the glass. Inside, there are quite a few signs with arrows and clear instructions to follow which will take you to the suite where Labcorp is located. I've never been here before and I had zero issue navigating to the right place. I worry about these things LOL but this was perfect.Inside the office, there were two digital check-in kiosks. That was also super easy to use. It scans your license/ID and pulls up all the patient + appointment info that you already entered when you scheduled. They'd texted me a QR code to scan for check-in but I never ended up needing that.After the check-in, I sat down and the kind woman at the front desk called me to take my paper order from my doctor. I also provided my card to pay and signed the form for that. They had run my insurance and given me a detailed amount that I would pay.A moment later I was called back and given clear instructions on exactly where to go and what to do. The woman who took my blood was amazing; I'm sad I didn't get her name to give her full credit in this review. She mentioned I had a small vein (not in a negative way) and even that didn't cause her a MOMENT of delay as she got in with the accuracy of a sniper haha.I was done in like 60 seconds and it wasn't painful at all, she was an absolute pro at what she does. And she was very sweet! She explained I'd hear back in 3-5 days and they'd send the results to my doctor who requested them, and I was on my way. And by the way, there were signs confirming that they sanitize everything between patients and the whole office seemed super clean to me.Like I said I was back in my car just a few minutes after walking into the building. I will absolutely come back here for my routine bloodwork next year. Thank you!!”

“My husband and I have both had routine blood draws here, and the phlebotomists have been professional and kind, even to other patients who are frustrated. I had to bring my 2 year old in, and Lisa was great. She distracted him, gave me clear instructions how to hold him, and was so gentle with him at the end, offering cute band aids. I would bring him here again!”

“It wasn't the most organized, but they got the job done! I made an appointment the night before for 8:30am. I got there and learned they weren't opening doors until 8:45am and not honoring appointments. I waited outside in line for about an hour and 45 mins while my sister waited in the car with my babies. They took in 6 people at a time. Once inside it was very quick! I swabbed myself and my 1 year old twins and 3 year old. We did both rapid and PCR. They said PCR results would be emailed. Haven't received anything yet. This place is good if you have the time to wait.”

The PA Eric and the nurses were incredible with taking care of our 3 year old and him getting stitches. The team made having to watch your baby be in pain and scared a little more bearable. “I went twice in 2 weeks for different incidents and was treated super nice. The time is super efficient and everyone works as a team to deliver good service, I was scared on the previous reviews but definitely would come back. Each doctor was different but took the time to explain and I didn’t feel rushed or misunderstood like my normal doctor’s office.”

“I was here today and had an AMAZING experience the entire time I was there!! From the front ladies to nurse to the ultrasound tech, everyone was so friendly and caring about me and my baby. I felt very welcomed and comfortable being there. They also gave me helpful information about other resources that they offer in their building next door. Not having medical insurance at the moment and my husband being the only one working right now, Waterleaf was both a blessing and an answered prayer! I’m so grateful for the work all the women at Waterleaf do and for all the service they provide to other women in need. I will definitely be coming back and will tell any of my friends that need something like this in the future! Also, it’s completely free of charge!”
