“Never had any issues lol? People are dramatic. Now if they came on a weekend or something I understand. *Never* go here on a weekend day. Usually about two or three staff members in there cut them some slack. Here's what matters to me:
Clean, friendly, gets the job done. Good enough for me.”
“It wasn't the most organized, but they got the job done! I made an appointment the night before for 8:30am. I got there and learned they weren't opening doors until 8:45am and not honoring appointments. I waited outside in line for about an hour and 45 mins while my sister waited in the car with my babies. They took in 6 people at a time. Once inside it was very quick! I swabbed myself and my 1 year old twins and 3 year old. We did both rapid and PCR. They said PCR results would be emailed. Haven't received anything yet. This place is good if you have the time to wait.”

“Yesterday I went in for some lab work and Rema the phlebotamist was not only the ONLY person who has been able to draw blood successfully from my non-existent veins without using the top of my hand, but she comforted me in a time of grief/sadness that goes beyond that of a regular healthcare provider. She's truly who I needed in a moment when I felt like I was breaking down!! What a gift she is to NWM!!”
“Bartlett Northwestern has been my go-to for my kids and myself for the past six years. They’ve consistently provided exceptional care and patience, especially when I’ve had to bring all four of my kids in at once. The doctors are quick to see patients, and I’ve never left feeling neglected. The front desk staff is always polite and helpful. I’ve witnessed patients being rude to them, but they remain professional and composed. The doctors have always diagnosed us accurately and prescribed effective treatments.

“I had 2 separate transactions today, one with the pharmacy tech, Hetal and I have dealt with her so many times, in person and on the telephone and every single time, she has the most pleasant disposition, when I pick up she always asks if I have any questions for the pharmacist and she is just an all around stand out employee. You are very lucky to have her.
I then had to go to the front register because I ended up grabbing a few things on my way out and the cashier there was very kind, patient when I had asked her questions about the pricing of clearance items. She has a short haircut, rounded eyeglasses and a “Bee Kind” tattoo. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but the numbers at the top of the receipt are:

All in all, I have to give credit where credit is due and both of the cashiers that I interacted with were so very helpful and nice. Please not only pass on a pat on the back but I hope that Walgreens truly finds a way to show employee appreciation.”

“This is a very helpful nice place. You are able to take all type of surveys and try different samples of food. The surveys are usually 30 minutes or less and you are able to choose the time which works best for you and your schedule.”
