“Never had a problem with the staff or getting my meds in a timely fashion, only stopped using them because I'm no longer in the area 5 days a week for work. The only reason I took a star off is because the system will not take no for an answer. Their system has repeatedly tried to ask for refills on meds I don't have set for auto refill, even after I told the staff I was using a different pharmacy. In one instance this caused my insurance to deny filling a script at my new pharmacy. But hey, if you don't need to change pharmacies 5/5 lol”
“Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.”
“Very good variety of produce, fresh cut & potted flowers, extensive bread & bakery aisle, full service butcher counter, extensive dairy, cold and frozen foods sections and all sorts of home and dry goods. Very good toy section. Pet/aquarium care section for most common pets and live fish. Seasonal garden shop. Some items here are twice as expensive as in Walmart Superstores.
Pharmacy stocks preferred generics and some preferred brand name prescriptions, but does not stock the non-preferred generic prescriptions that I use. I had to wait 4 days to fill a popular non-preferred generic prescription drug order.
Make sure non-preferred brand or generic drugs are in stock before giving/sending prescriptions to the Pharmacy.”

Couldn’t recommend this business more.Don’t go here if you love: waiting in long lines, weak service (at best), or being told your medication is unavailable when you get there. “Workers are SO NICE!! That food court is always being cleaned and stocked up! The line gets long sometimes but it’s those prices! Unbeatable. Pizza was fresh, hotdog combo was delish! In fact, every time we walk in, we're always excited to see what new, surprising deal we might happen upon. Whether it be electronics, food, gas, clothes, or household items, Costco is definitely the place to check first. And pretty soon, this won't be the only Costco in Naperville--the second one opens on August 19th! No wonder why it was decided to have a second one...there's just so much demand for their products!
