“Had a very smooth, pleasant experience at this location. I filled out an online reservation for a unit and got a call quickly from the person on duty that day. I asked if I could come in and see the size difference between two units and he said come on over. I went there and he was more than happy to show me around and answer ALL of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and honestly. He made it so easy for me to creat my account and get a unit! Definitely recommend!!

“This Public Storage was wonderful. There is easy access to the unit and an app that allows you to open the gate from your car as you approach the entrance. Best of all are the staff who are very helpful and friendly. Diane, the manager, is great. She is fun to work with, quickly responds, and wants you to have a good experience. When I was ready to move out she came out and asked if she could do anything for me. I was a little nervous working with the movers. She was very reassuring and helpful!!! I will go back if I ever have another need for a storage unit.”

“Had a good experience with reserving a space and working with the staff to rent/secure it.
■Parking is rough at first, because it's only a few spots on the street. Once you're a customer you can open the gate and park inside.
■Staff handles their work expertly and politely.
■First month of insurance was covered.
■They have an auto-pay option.
■Each unit you rent you get a bolt cutter "proof" lock. (These are good)
■There are three (3) orange carts for you to use.
■Closeout was a breeze. Just clean up and remove your lock!
If I need space again, I'll go here and see what they have first before anywhere else.”

I never have to worry about changes to rent or if something went wrong with a check because I know that David will reach out. The facility itself is clean and has convenient carts for moving things in or out of my unit. I also love that this location is right off the interstate which makes it easy to get to.”
