I dont use to get network with Verizon and after I switch to metro by Tmobile everything is running smooth. Normally this process is arduous at best and a series of upsells that is all about increasing revenue and not helping the actual customer. This was not the case here.— Michael was all about the service and set up and customer needs. I was seriously considering leaving Verizon after 25 years because of the lack of attentiveness, lackluster customer service and increasing bills. The experience today gave me renewed hope that truly caring customer service isn’t dead just yet.”
