“I owned a 2020 Ford Expedition that I didn’t use very often, so I decided to sell it. Before taking it to CarMax, I went to Lucky’s Car Wash for a full detailing. The owner advised me not to spend money on a full detail, explaining that CarMax wouldn’t offer a higher price even with buffing or waxing. Instead, he recommended a regular wash with engine bay cleaning for a much lower cost. The staff worked very hard, and the owner himself helped clean and wipe the car. When they finished, it looked just like the day I bought it—spotless and shiny. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism. He could have charged me more, but instead he helped me save money. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you!”
