“When to phototronics today because the buy Camaras, but when seeing that they are doing that call and schedule a time. I had no clue on that but they were super nice. And told me they have another time in May there doing that, cool . Shortly later they call me and said they have a cancelation at 12:30 ,would u like to come yes !! “Overall I think they do good work, but there were a couple hiccups. I was told, by Jasmine, that the shirts run small,.very small, so I should size up by two sizes. I got an XL instead of a Med, and the shirt is definitely an XL. Not small at all. So my shirt is two sizes too big. The printing is fine. It looks good. But the artists were kind of lazy with their ideas. I had to go back and forth with them a few times They couldn't grasp my concept for my shirt. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my shirt. From the point I paid for my order, it took them 9 days to send me their first draft. But, they definitely shipped it to me quickly in time for a party I had. So overall 4 stars. I would use them again. But definitely go about things differently. I was happy they were able to.do one shirt, as every other place I called required a bulk order minimum.”

“The "quick" in their name isn't just fluff... They have lightning-fast turnaround on orders! There have been a few jobs where we needed printed materials in under two or three hours, and Ken's pulled it off without any crazy rush charges. I've even had small jobs completed before I got there, after a quick cross-town drive - that's fast! They use good paper, their equipment must be pretty dependable stuff that's well maintained, and someone must be monitoring quality. No errors. No crumpled up misfeeds. Consistent quality coverage with no weird banding. No registration problems. No inaccurate colors. No cracks on folds. No surprise price hikes or oddball "gotcha" fees. Their technicians never seem to have problems with artwork in a myriad of file formats (sometimes our clients send us Word docs, Power Point slides, really uncommon formats, or files from old versions of design software), or missing fonts. Ken's Quick Print offers good quality printing at fair prices for the neighborhood. They're a good shop, with good staff, and ought to be saved in the contacts list of every small business in the area.”

They’ve consistently delivered top-quality work for my business—handling everything from brochures and business cards to banners with professionalism and care.
Beyond my business needs, they’ve been an incredible resource for our local high school (New Trier), designing and printing large volumes of brochures, posters, banners, and banquet booklets for the Football, Lacrosse, and Field Hockey teams. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with these important projects. Their service, attention to detail, and reliability are unmatched!
But today, they surpassed even my highest expectations. A package we thought was lost was tracked down thanks to their persistence and incredible attention to detail.
