“Overall I think they do good work, but there were a couple hiccups. I was told, by Jasmine, that the shirts run small,.very small, so I should size up by two sizes. I got an XL instead of a Med, and the shirt is definitely an XL. Not small at all. So my shirt is two sizes too big. The printing is fine. It looks good. But the artists were kind of lazy with their ideas. I had to go back and forth with them a few times They couldn't grasp my concept for my shirt. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my shirt. From the point I paid for my order, it took them 9 days to send me their first draft. But, they definitely shipped it to me quickly in time for a party I had. So overall 4 stars. I would use them again. But definitely go about things differently. I was happy they were able to.do one shirt, as every other place I called required a bulk order minimum.”

“My lovely child told me at 6pm she had a project due tomorrow and I had to rush to get it printed because our printer was down. Not only that we needed design software and thicker paper. The computer was easy enough to get on and work with but the REAL HERO was Quinton helping me with the paper and printer. He was so friendly, calm, and helpful. Just a good all around soul. “What an amazing place! I had an expensive pair of eyeglasses (damaged, actually, by the store that I bought them at when they ham-handedly tried to fix them) that I brought in for repair. The Eyeglass Shop sent them to a jeweler for repair, when none of the other couple of places I took them to said that they were fixable. The jeweler sent them back to the Eyeglass Shop, unable to fix them. But the Eyeglass Shop proprietor didn't give up! He sent them to another jeweler with literally laser-precise tools, which fixed them, saving me $$$. He did all of this, even while other eyeglass repair shops just immediately gave up. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wow, thought it had died out.”
“This location is great! And really convenient for me when I’m coming from work. Sergio here is AMAZING! He was so patient with my mom and I when we were first getting our P.O Box set up. And he continues to go above and beyond for all of the customers and works very well under pressure when there are long lines. Seriously love this location ❤️”

He was patient with my file issues, got everything done in less than a week, and even cut out all of the cards. Everything turned out beautifully. Wish I'd found this place earlier - would highly recommend!”
