Next time you go to a chain and they recommend certain repairs, take it to Jim first. He's let you know if you actually need the repairs the chain recommended, and if you do, he'll do it cheaper and better. He'll also let you know if you don't need repairs the chain recommended, or if there is a different problem. Trust me, this guy is the best auto mechanic this side of the Mississippi, no, probably in the whole country.”
