Recently, Julie packed items for me to send to my parents four
Grandchildren, and my maternal aunt. These large
shipments contained fragile family memories, photos and documents, none of which could be replaced.
Julie spent days planning the perfect packaging materials to keep everything safe. Everything arrived in excellent condition.”
“I always use this post office location because the staff are so helpful. Sadly that's not always the case at other post offices in this general area. I have learned this by trial and error.”
“Yes they were very nice but it's inside the auto advance store. Hey UPS give them the new equipment they need and was promised. So make sure you have a return label that is readable. But the store works very hard to make sure your taken care of.”
“Mark showed kindness and helped me out of a jam. I was cycling on the bike trail and a bad storm came up so i asked if i could take shelter until it passed. He allowed me to hang out, invited me to sit down, and so i spent some time with him and his sweet Great Dane Harley until it was safe for me to leave. We had a good conversation and I will always be grateful for him for literally providing shelter in a storm.”

“Richard, Pam, Marcus and others are fantastic. Sorry, but Im bad on names, would ment others if I could remember names.We have used this branch for our P.O. Box and local delivery for over 14 years. Although we have had major issues lately with an address change. These issues are due to the system over all.*** Richard just spent over 40 minutes on the phone trying to solve our forwarding mail issues.***Marcus has been a great local carrier and Pam is always very nice and helpful. Others have done a great job as well.The post office as a whole has had issues over the past 4 years, but these people have been outstanding. Give them a break when you see them, the job is NOT easy.I spent several years as a subcontractor for USPS, it's not easy keeping people happy. If you ship packages with FedX chances are you'll have problems compared to USPS. UPS is pretty good though, but not up to the quality of service as the USPS.Thank you for all your service!!! Cheryl and I really appreciate it!”
