“Home Depot is okay everything I need it easy to find when will taken care of at the checkout counter.They have sanitizer you can use when you come in, they are very helpful, and they stand far away, and you feel safe. This Home Depot is the closest to my home, which makes it the most convenient. There are also a Menards and Lowes about the same distance away. As with all of the large 'big box' stores the sock is about the same and at similar price points. The choice of which store brand to go to depends on several considerations. They are: what exactly I am looking for - the stores carry different brand names or different variations of stock - more sizes or colors, etc., and finally which store has the best customer service. The single largest issue at all of these stores is aisle space, cluttering, blocking, mobile access stairs and free-standing selling displays. For example, today I had to turn around and go down a different aisle twice, in the middle of the day, no huge crowds just displays and stocking blockages. The stores are convenient and the prices generally mirror the quality of the products.”
“Grand Appliance is recommended. We purchased an LG gas dryer and had a great salesman, Fabian, who showed us all the dryers. He spent time explaining the various controls on the dryer we eventually purchased.”

“Although I don't mind the natural smells hitting your senses as you walk in, the prices could be governed better. I paid twice I did last year for a lawn mower tune up kit. Another issue I have is the lack of floor personnel. I normally don't ask for help as I like to do the work myself and look around to find whatever it is I'm looking for, but if i can't find it, there's also nobody around to point you in the proper direction. Hence why I'm subtracting one star.”
“In the Home Depot of Shorewood at the Pro Desk works a lady by the name of Geina. Geina amplifies the word employee. She goes out of her way to help HD contractors and guests. Geina is caring, kind and extremely organized. She is always pleasant. Never makes you feel like you are ever bothering her even though she may have 2 phones hanging for her head and a text message on her cell phone from a contractor. If you ever get an opportunity to go to the Shorewood HD, go meet Geina, as she will treat you like family. Thank you for such great service, hospitality and kindness. You are the best!”

We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”
