“Recently, I accidentally pulled off my gas cap cover on my car when it got stuck, I decided to stop at A-Z Auto Repair and talked to Robb Schultz the owner and told him about the problem with my car.
Although Robb was busy also dealing with other customers, he took the time to come outside to my car and manually got the gas cap cover on my car.I wanted to give Robb compensation,a little cash for his time.
He outright refused and asked me to bring in my car for any future service I needed.
