it was a pleasant experience today , the senior banker Shanice Smylie was very kind and helpful and she answered all of my questions with a smile on her face and with pleasure

Twice I have had an encounter with an employee by the name of Austin at the Lemont Rd location and I felt like I was being racially profiled each time I dealt with him!! Will not ever come inside there to conduct any business again!!
