“I will start off by saying what brought me to this establishment, the reviews. They were everything I wanted to see in a body shop. From the time I walked in to the time I picked up my car, I didn’t have one complaint. Quite the contrary. I can’t say enough good things about this body shop. You walk in to a welcoming warm entrance to be greeted by the employees. The secretary’s were very nice and accommodating. Ask for Jeff, he is the service writer/estimator. He will greet you and go out and look at your car and talk you through what needs to be done and then will do the estimate for you. So you can go and check prices if you feel the need. I just had him do the work. I was so impressed and confident my car was in the best of hands. I didn’t even try to go somewhere else to see if I could get a lower price. There pricing anyway seemed more than fair. I’m glad I chose them. Jeff is courteous, confident, kind and knowledgeable. He has an amazing team to do the repairs and paint. They call you to give you updates on the progress or if there are delays. The car looks no less than showroom quality. It looks brand new. I take real pride in my car and am very fussy about how it looks and trust me, this is the place to have your car worked on. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I could see my reflection in the paint. It was flawless. I also couldn’t believe the turn-around time. This is the place.!!!

“This Caliber Collision location truly exceeded my expectations! After my very first car accident, I was honestly nervous about the whole process and having to grow through this again. But they made it the best experience possible. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the paperwork clearly.
My car was repaired in just 4 days! (Granted the damage wasnt super bad) and to my surprise, it was detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! ?They even made the rental process seamless. Enterprise picked me up right from Caliber Collision, and setting up the rental was quick and easy.

I was a little disappointed they they refused to fix a leaky trunk on my very old and very rusty car. But they were honest in their opinion that a proper repair would have been much more costly than the value of the car. They could have easily done a poor repair and charged me a bunch of money. But they valued their integrity more than their profits. I trust them now because I know they won't charge me for work when they don't believe they can provide good value.
They gave me 4 free minutes of their time to outline some quick diy repairs that I could do to hold me over until I buy a new car: tighten the trunk latch, sit in the trunk with a flashlight while a garden hose sprays the car to find leaks, etc.”
