“This a very late post but I wanted to make sure I give credit when credit is due. ABRI has been very good to me, especially the Frankfort location!!! I was looking for a new car and they financed me at a great rate. I purchased the vehicle and less than a month later I was in a horrible accident, flipped over with my mom in the car and everything. Thank god no one was majorly injured, just a little banged up. Well ABRI, was very sympathetic and accommodating. Made the process of totaling out my car and getting me financed again a seamless process. From always being available by phone, answering all my questions, accommodating my work schedule, allowing me to email signed documents instead of coming in. I was literally in tears signing my loan paper work the 2nd time because I had been so stressed from the accident, looking for a new car at the same price as the previous one, dealing with medical, insurance, etc and ALL the ladies at Frankfort from the cashier, loan officer, manager etc took the weight off my shoulders. I truly appreciate them for making my life so much easier at that time. They were truly a blessing!!!”
