“The store is clean and the checkout service goes smooth. The only gripe I have is when I'm handed my receipt, it is unreadable. This has been going on for a lont time. When will this get fixed?”
“Omg.. I’ll never forget this kind lady associate manager who helped take care of me today. I usually buy my dishes, bowls and coffee mugs at IKEA. But I was just browsing around in the store. And found and I bought some beautiful floral design dishes with matching coffee mugs and matching placemats. This is my treat for my Mother’s Day. So when I have my friends or family over at my place. They will be surprised at the beautiful table setting with beautiful dishes, coffee mugs and matching placemats.
Thank you to dear nice lady night manager Hope. I love this store because of its beautiful kinds of things you can buy. And I am handicap I walk with a cane now since my stroke because I have lupus vasculitis. I had angioplasty surgery I have right vertebral stent & I have numbness on my right side body now.
It’s hard for me to go shopping. But it’s people like dear kind Hope that make a difference in life. Thank you so much Hope for helping me today. That was so nice of you.

“Good store for buying decent quality stuff. Most of the goods here are for kids or teenagers and a few items for adults.There are a few things which are more than $5 which is like the dollar stores which advertise everything below $1 but have several products more than that.There is a nice variety of stuff from toys, posters, no groceries.”
“I went to the dollar store this time at the Lombard location. I think this store is much bigger compared to the other dollar tree stores. Well I went and I found some bowls to match with the white & blue flower design plates, coffee mugs & placemats that I bought yesterday evening. At another dollar tree I went yesterday. There was this nice lady associate that helped me & took care of me earlier in the afternoon today. Her name was Genie. Thank you to her for being so kind & helpful. It was good that this nice lady associate helped me because I’m handicap now. I’m glad I bought some newspaper & thanks for helping wrap my beautiful bowls that I bought. I also bought some bouquet of balloons for Mother’s Day for my Mom & also a bouquet of balloons for my daughter too. They really have nice stuff to buy at this store. Good quality & good prices. “Very big for a Dollar Tree. It used to be a Walgreens. Nice than most locations. Only complaint is that they only have one cash register open at all times which is typical for all Dollar Trees.”
“Very friendly staff, one of the people who works there was a big help me today. She went out of her way to find something for that was in the back and looked for it twice when they had already taken it off the shelves. She did not have to look for it but she did anyway. They surprisingly have a great selection of items.... Might be a little messy... But worth the time to dig through. In the 4 years that I have been coming to this location every employee has been very helpful and friendly and overall great neighborhood store”
