“Lovely Indian Grocery Store with lots of snack and unusual items. If you cook Indian food you must come here to get supplies. If you love Indian snack food then this is the place for you. It is easy to get to and the owners and employees are super freindly. You will love this place!”
“Stopped in just to see what they had. The prepared food looked good. I got some bbq chicken on a stick and some goat stew to take home and they were both absolutely fantastic. They were not as hot as I would expect, which concerned me a little, but they tasted very fresh. Nice proprietor, very friendly and happy to answer questions. I will go again!”
“I was in Jewel today at 75th & Jane’s Ave. in Woodridge. I was having a hard time getting a certain flavor of soda that was advertised for a great price. I saw a sales girl stocking shelves, and asked her. She listened, and immediately jumped into action. She searched the stockroom for me, and could not find the soda I wanted. She then took me to the service counter to get a rain check. She was great! Her name tag said her name was Bri. She made my disappointed trip to Jewel, to a delightful experience.”
“I recently found this place and was surprised that they sell tamales on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I tried the rajas(cheese w/ poblano pepper) and chicken ones — so good!”
“GFS is our go-to for purchasing supplies for food events at church. The food pricing is very good. The disposable paper goods however have really increased in price over the years. Plastic eating utensils have more than doubled.”
