“I had a smaller project, my powder room, and needed wallpaper and installation with a really quick turnaround. I called Southtown Paint & Interiors and spoke with Casey who was absolutely amazing! I shared with him what I was looking for and the time frame for completion, he came through and then some, including hand delivering beautiful wallpaper samples in the middle of frigid weather. Through each step in the process Casey was responsive, thoughtful and accommodating. The wallpaper was installed beautifully and our installer, Alberto, was tidy, courteous and masterful at his craft! The powder room looks amazing…we will be repeat customers :-) All of that said, I highly recommend Southtown Paint & Interiors for your design needs, you won’t be sorry.”

Simply put I had picked up some bathroom paint for a client.
Upon inspection I came to the conclusion that paint won’t match existing walls.
I took my paints back all untainted and unopened. They made it happen very clear and clean understanding.
These guys and gals know their stuff and will never lead you in the wrong direction.

“Absolute impeccable customer service. I came in today (Christmas Eve) at about 9:30AM. Jeanice helped me out with some questions on exterior stain. She even provided a sample on the board I had. I went home and showed my wife and she asked me to get a second larger sample. I showed back up at 11:58 (they closed at 12 noon on Christmas Eve) and Jeanice helped me yet again without hesitation. I started my day by going across the street to their competitor and quickly left as they were no help at all. Jeanice and Benjamin Moore saved the day. You just earned a customer! Great staff and great products! Merry Christmas!”

We’re planning a full interior paint refresh and had the pleasure of working with Holly from JC Licht. She visited our home, immediately understood our needs and design goals, and presented us with several refined and cohesive color options. With her 25 years of expertise, Holly professionally guided us in choosing the perfect palette.
She left us with 8×9″ color swatches and sent us additional copies of each color within a few days—such thoughtful service! Her deep knowledge and attentive approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Great service all around.”
“Nice store. I needed gardening gloves and landscaping waste bags. They were very conveniently placed near the cashier. The gardening glove selection is limited, but I was able to find a pair that fit my hands, and contained a protective leather tip for the index finger. Great for digging around river rocks.
It’s a small store and the selection of product varieties is highly curated. But it’s my first stop to purchase items for my home’s hardware needs.”
“I bought tinted paint for my garage door. I asked Pedro if I could return the paint if I bought more of it just to be sure i have enough for the job and didnt have to go back for more if i fell short. He assured me that I can bring them back for a refund if i didnt use them. So I purchased 3 gallons instead of 2 gallons. I only used one gallon and went back to return 2 gallons. The Assistant Manager who was in the store at that time tells me tinted paint cannot be returned and Pedro is out of town and is not reachable. I had to eat the $90 extra cost. If I was told of the policy before, I would have maybe bought less and came back to buy more in case I fell short. Always ask for an email confirmation.Update: I had to change my review to a 4 star, just for the professional way this was handled by them. I promptly received a call from the Owner who listened to my case and acted promptly to rectify this.”
“Alan is fantastic! Actually all the staff here are great! A few days ago, I went in to get a small gallon of paint that I had purchased a few years ago from this exact location. Well, it was a misprint paint and through the years the label/color of pain was very hard to read. Alan, went above and beyond to help me with this. And guess what? With all the work that Alan did to help me, he totally figured out the color I needed! He is such a nice young guy! He is so kind, nice, helpful!! I cannot thank him enough! Great work ethic, customer service! This is so hard to find!! You deserve all the best Alan!!! And I hope you get it!!! THANK YOU!!!”
