“My partner and myself went to two other US Post Office locations, Plainfield and Lisle, in which, we were told we were not able to access the passport services as a walk-in. The Warrenville Post Office both actually accepted us as walk-ins and were extremely helpful. The staff was friendly, responsive, personable, and knowledgeable. We waited for a family, who was having trouble completing the application, and the staff at the post office ensured we would get our passport that day. They took us into the passport office, even after the service was suppose to be done/closed for the day. The team handled us with care, accommodated the family before us and ourselves, and had the most amazing staff full of energetic and kind personalities. Truly, the best customer service experience both my partner and myself have ever experienced! I cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are for the individuals working on the day we stopped in. I can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and guidance offered!”

“I had an extraordinary experience in customer service excellence because of a clerk #13 by the name of Sharon‼️ I came in literally right before closing and she was very busy working however, greeted me with professionalism, care, friendliness and patience as she helped me with my package and it was basically near closing time! Sharon stopped what she was doing to assist me and I saw her also multitasking greeting others with the same grace at the “9th hour,” if you will‼️ She anticipated my needs and exceeded my expectations in a matter of minutes‼️

The lady that helped us was really nice (something you don’t see these days, USPS is comparable to the DMV’s employees now) and it was such a fast process. Kudos to this location.”
“Went here yesterday for passport services and came away pleasantly surprised. First off, the building itself is pretty cool—nice bonus. The staff were genuinely helpful from the start. They walked us through the documents, helped take the passport photo, and handled everything with a friendly, easygoing attitude.
The whole process was quick and smooth. She clearly explained what happens next and made sure we didn’t have any questions before we left. No confusion, no hassle.
I’ll be honest—I was a bit skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews, but that wasn’t my experience at all. Everything felt well-run and efficient. Would definitely recommend.”

I always have a wonderful experience at this post office, thanks to Tim. He is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time I come in. He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome.
One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference.
He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!”

“We had some issues with a mail forwarding request and the mail not actually forwarding to requested address. Shawn called me when she was notified of the issue we were experiencing and confirmed details first, then took the initiative to call the other city post office where the update was to take place to get this corrected immediately which she did. This was so incredibly helpful and I really appreciate Shawn's help on this. She could have had me call the post office myself but she handled it for me and apologized, saying we shouldn't have to experience this. Thank you again Shawn! Appreciate you!”

“I wish I got the women’s name working at the postal office today, but she may have been the nicest postal office worker that I have ever encountered. She was very pleasant and polite to each person who walked in no matter the question and took her time with each customer.”
“I purchased online and felt scammed since there was no clear email so I called the 127 Annex and Joe picked up.
Tone was calm, he was patient and polite.
I didn’t have a tracking number but he still checked my mails and upon returning I had the number.
Joe checked several times and found out the carrier has my package to be delivered.

“Very inefficient experience. I had to go to the counter three times. Once to get money order (expected), once to get offered options for tracked mailing and get form to fill out for certified mail, and finally to mail it. I have been to several other post offices in area that would have combined at least the first two steps.”
“Rashmi helped me today after another women refused to help me during passport walk-in hours. Rashmi was very kind, patient and informative! I was In and out in under 25 minutes.”
“I’d like to give a shout out to Tony at this usps location…one of the very best window clerks at this location. He’s my go to guy when it comes to questions etc. I don’t mail out of this location as I work at Oswald’s CPU…and I mail at Oswald’s 88 w gartner in Naperville. We have two pick ups a day Monday thru Friday (11:00 and 3:00) and one pick up on Saturday. Store hours for Oswald’s are Monday-Friday 9-8 and Saturday/Sunday 9-6….. Thanks you to Tony in Naperville and thank you to Andre our pick up driver who picks up our mail at Oswald’s. Give Oswald’s a try…you won’t be sorry.”

“I use this location very often for an online selling business. Usually if the there is a long line I will just drop my letters off in the parcel box. But if there is no line I love handing my package off and getting to see the workers. They are super kind and friendly. A lot of people say there is never anyone there, but this location has a terrible management team. They usually only have one person working at a time, and if you have to use the bathroom or do something then there will be nobody manning the counter. I still like this location. Only ever had one issue and it was mostly my fault.”
“Great service from the clerks at the window. I've been a loyal customer of the USPS for all my life. My carrier is awesome too and while nobody is perfect I know that the Post Office is fully funded by the stamps we buy and the packages we send and doesn't receive help from the government. I appreciate tracking numbers because if it takes longer than a week for my package to get to the person I sent it to, I can call the Post Office and they can locate it.”
“Today I had a pleasant experience at the Lisle USPS. The counterperson was exceptionally friendly and polite and my issue was resolved. I had stopped going to this, my local post office because the treatment I received from the workers was abominable and threatening. Hopefully this is a new crew, new start.”
“I see a lot of negative reviews here, but I gotta say that my experience at this location has been pretty positive. My mail carrier is great and when I've gotten a notice that a delivery attempt was made, but no one was home, I've always been able to get it the next day without issue. The hours do make it tough, but luckily I have the flexibility to get to the facility when they are open. I did have to call once after tracking a package and finding out it was at the facility but hadn't been delivered. The individual I spoke with (I wish I'd gotten his name...) was helpful and pulled someone out of a meeting to help me track it down. They found the package and I picked it up later that day. Sometimes they get it right!!!”
“Service is great but to actually call someone and to get through to someone is impossible it probably is easier to get through to the president or you name it they need to get a better system to speak to someone at the post office it is impossible and it's not fair and not right”
