“In October of 2023 i decided to finally check out Pure Barre after months of considering. I was in a horrific spot mentally and wanted a workout to help improve and stabilize my mentality and I cannot recommend Pure Barre enough!
After my first engage class I was OBSESSED with the workout and was recommending it to everyone I knew, I even got my coworker to go to the studio closest to her and she too became obsessed.
Pure Barre Wheaton is so welcoming and so much fun!!”

Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. “My daughter had a ruptured blood vessel in her brain six years ago that left her with very limited short term memory. This has really affected her life, especially making decisions, and I am always looking for ways to just lift her up. So a few days ago we got in the car and I said, “Angel, let’s go to Wheaton and find a store and buy you some clothes.” So off we went, and we parked, and there across the street was Jeans and a Cute Top! Oh my goodness, what a wonderful time we had. Jill was fabulous! We figured out that Angel looks best in winter colors - bold and bright. Jill searched her whole store and just brought everything that she thought would suit Angel. We left with three pairs of jeans and numerous tops and honestly, Angel looked like $1 million, which was exactly my intention when we walked in. Jill was so unbelievably helpful. We could never have made those decisions without her help. I just highly recommend this store and we’ll be back in March next year! I don’t see how you can go wrong shopping here. My wife, Pat, went to make a purchase at L.L. Bean this morning but had to park a block away because you are now charging for what used to be free parking
She texted 3 photos of the nearly empty parking lot adjacent to where she wanted to shop.
I believe you are doing your tenants a disservice.
The majority of the public will be changing their shopping habits and go elsewhere to make their purchases.
That is why we do not shop in downtown Chicago or anywhere is Chicago where they charge for street parking
Locksmiths, dry cleaners, small restaurants, novelty shops etc on Chicago streets have suffered financial loss because their customers will not pay for parking and end up shoping elsewhere
More and more people are shopping on line and charging for parking at shopping centers makes this option even more convenient and affordable
2nd Message to Oakbrook Management:
My wife did park elsewhere and walk to L.L. Bean to make a return. She said the sales staff were very unhappy about the charge for parking, the parking lot was almost vacant and they had very few customers.
My wife told them that in the future she will order on line.
After shopping she would normally have lunch with her friends at one of your restaurants but because of the parking issue decided to go elsewhere for lunch”
