“In October of 2023 i decided to finally check out Pure Barre after months of considering. I was in a horrific spot mentally and wanted a workout to help improve and stabilize my mentality and I cannot recommend Pure Barre enough!
After my first engage class I was OBSESSED with the workout and was recommending it to everyone I knew, I even got my coworker to go to the studio closest to her and she too became obsessed.
Pure Barre Wheaton is so welcoming and so much fun!!”

“The salon is beautifully decorated. The stylists are very professional and welcoming. Masks are required and enforced throughout your visit. Client temperatures are checked and hands sanitized upon entering. Work areas are carefully cleaned after every client leaves. As a new client, I felt completely comfortable. “I use to shop here, about 15 yrs ago (but downtown, Chi location in Water Tower).I didn’t know if I’d find anything but what I did know is that this is a brand that I knew I could trust.To say that I was extremely pleased with the excellent customer service I received would be a huge understatement.I was swiftly & pleasantly reminded of how stores were a couple decades ago when the customer came 1st! I felt seen, heard, understood & like I was really taken care of in a way that made me want to spend my hard earned money there.I was greeted on my way in. While I was just browsing for something to catch my eye, I was introduced to a salesperson who inquired what brought me in & if I had an event to attend or if I was just looking for some pieces to add to my wardrobe.There were 4 sales persons that were each communicating with eachother with every step I took & somehow despite the store having a good amount of customers, we were each being attended to by multiple people.Within 10 minutes of browsing the fits in a clockwise rotation, I found myself in the fitting room with 15+ options all in varying sizes. The fitting room attendant was collaborating with the couple salespeople that were grabbing addtl options for me and she was adding clothing & helping me to grab different sizes and also removing things that didn’t quite work for me.She was on the ball! Every-time I had changed into another outfit, she’d pop her head in & provide feedback & ask me how I felt it each fit.My aim was to score an outfit to wear to a holiday party that I ended up not even attending. I left with 2 complete & interchangeable outfits & a an addtl cute top just incase I wanted a 3rd option.I didn’t know that they also offer stylists who are willing to come meet you anywhere in the city!I was blown away by this level of customer service. I honestly didn’t know it still existed. I’ll definitely be back & I might even call one of the cards I was given for the stylist! My bill was a little over $300 w/ tax but for all of the high quality items I scored, they’ll be a part of my wardrobe for years.There was no less than a 3:1 ratio of salespeople to clients, complete with high quality /no pressure customer service! Unbeatable.Took me about 45 minutes to try 15 different things on & ended up with 5 items (3 tops & 2 pants) that I really liked. Well worth the trip, the time, the value & I’ll use these pieces for years to come! I don’t shop often but when I do, I’ll be returning to this boutique! Happy to learn they upheld their standards over the years! Highly recommend! I might double back to share the clothing I splurged on. This really was a one stop shop, if I had wanted or needed shoes or accessories, they had those too! A+++ Tip: for deeper discounts (30%) let them add you to their email list. That was worth it & the discount covered more than the sales tax.”
“I have visited this store a few times and never had a bad experience. The store is large, clean, and well organized. The staff is helpful when needed. This location is large enough to carry extended sizes which is really nice! Parking is free and has not been a problem when I have visited.”

“The sales associate's Bernie and Keira, made an experience I was truly dreading, wonderful and relaxing. I have been fitted twice and purchased very expensive bra's that fit lousy and wore out quickly. I was FINALLY measured correctly and the bras Bernie bought me to try on were all beautiful fits. She was patient, listened to my needs and assisted me with a smile and sincere spirit. After I made my selections I asked about the afterpay in store payment which I have never used but Keira was patient at the register and with her help and Bernie's I was able to make a larger purchase than I planned. I would like to thank them both by recognizing them in this review. Soma's Oak Brook Ilinois store has Beautiful products and because of these two associates a very welcoming and calming shopping experience.”
