“Visited for the first time and absolutely loved it! I was able to find a great variety of wet + dry food for my cat and she loved every single thing I got her. I also had the chance to talk with the owner Don and had a great conversation about the store and the quality of items they had. I really do recommend shopping here for whatever you need for your pet. All of the products are excellent, and the staff is very helpful with any questions you may have.”
“This place is wonderful! When you turn into the parking lot you feel like you're just going to somebody's home. They have better stuff than we get at Farm & Fleet or the Tractor Supply. Better quality food, so much cheaper! Mealwormsre $65 for 11 pounds!!!! That does include our discount because we have started. But all you have to do is sign up and you'll get the discount too. I usually pay $54 for 5 lb a mealworms at either of the two places I previously mentioned. The humans and the animals are so much happier that we now go to this place. You could not find people more accommodating to your needs!”
“I’m very particular about the animal stores I give good ratings to. In all honesty this is the only pet store in Illinois. That actually has good practices. Their set ups are gorgeous and most of them are bioactive if not all. They advocate for good husband first and foremost before trying to sell you a pet. I will be supporting this business in the future!”

“We had done the PetsMart thing for a while. It was so expensive and I felt the results varied each time we went.
I looked for a local groomer and have been thrilled with the outcome. Both my dogs look great after. One is also very anxious and she always seems thrilled to return. Looking forward to continuing to use Woof City moving forward!”

“Been using Petco in crystal Lake for a few years. Jane was our wonderful groomer and when she left we started going to Mikaela and she has done an awesome job with our two pups! She’s always happy and friendly and efficient with lots of great feedback and tips. The dogs always look amazing when we pick them up! Fair prices and love the reward program!”
“This place was great I went in to bath my large dog. The young lady was very friendly and hand me towels, and thomas show me how to use the shower for my dog. Glad they have a self wash area for dogs. Reasonable price.”
“The dog food I’ve been using for years for both my dogs that have allergies was recently discontinued (Inception fish recipe), so I went into our local pet supplies plus Lake in the Hills looking for a food without their allergen ingredients.
I had I believe his name was Teddy who helped me. We went through quite a few bags of dog food looking for the right fit.
