Prairie View is a place where ppl have lived for years and love their apartment. The maintenance guys are amazing, always show up ASAP, and get problems done with little or no issue. The office staff is smiling, willing to help, and very helpful. Apartments are clean, efficient and nice, and neighbors are nice. Management is comprehensive, innovative and transparency, aim to set a benchmark for trust and excellence. The community thrives, investments flourish, and the area is professional, caring and awesome. Ppl are happy, thankful for the service that goes above and beyond expectations.
I love the maintenance workers! They are very quick and efficient with work orders. I appreciate their help with anything I needed! Joe & Andrii especially! I also love my apartment, neighbors, etc!

Andrii does very good work, clean efficient goes above and beyond expectations. He even noticed an electrical outlet that was faulty and changed.
