“i needed to get basically a new (manual) transmission for my 2004 VW Passat. At the same time, the 2014 Kia Forte i gave my son blew out it's motor. Mark Decraene took care of everything for me, and both vehicles are running better than ever. It cost a pretty penny, but Mark made sure he got the highest quality parts for the least amount of dough. He kept me informed through the entire process, and his honesty and professionalism are remarkable in an industry that can easily take advantage of a car dumb-dumb like myself. Do yourself a favor and go to Decraens in Woodstock if you have engine trouble and want the job done right for a reasonable amount of paper. i couldn't recommend him more highly (well, maybe if he was a Sox fan instead of bleeding Cubbie blue)”

“My wife and I were heading out of town for a week, when I noticed a bulge in the passenger side front tire. She called Tire Stop to see about tires sizes and if they could get us in. I managed to get there at 8:59 am. They got me in, replaced the front tires. They were DONE and I was all paid by 9:21. Thank GOD for these two guys at Tire Stop!!! I would highly recommend!”
