“I thought I just left a review. I might have put it not posted it on the wrong site. Damn. But here's the best I can recollect what I said is that; I like the Crystal Lake Post Office more than most. The folks there make the place work. They're all all very helpful, polite, cheerful most the time. Of course everybody can't be perfect. The place is nice and bride's got a lot of Windows. You just feel welcome and comfortable and you get in and out as quickly as you can. There's also kiosk to help you out self-help kiosk. So shout out to the Crystal Lake Post Office. They're doing a great job. Keep it up!”

“Why the low scores...? I have NO idea! This is the only post office I've ever been to where there's rarely a line. And...the employees are genial...and speak ENGLISH!”
