“I appreciate the employees in this location beyond words. I use this post office constantly to renew my passport, and sending packages a couple of times a week. Every time I visit this location, they are curteous, kind, and helpful. I went in recently & felt so bad for the employees because it was over 95 degrees out & the ac was out. They were still so kind, when I was annoyed just dropping off packages for a few minutes. I’m not one to leave reviews but I had to give props to them for being so positive in such an annoying situation.”
“We just moved to Justice and this is our new post office. I am extremely happy The town we were in before they were not as efficient as this location. I've been here a few times now and had different people taking care of us and the ladies there are so nice. Thank you for everything ladies”

“Made an appointment to come and apply for my daughter’s passport. It was quick and easy. Already came with passport photos which I took on my phone with an app. Then I just printed them at Walgreens for $1.99 rather than paying $16.99. Already save cost there since purchasing a passport can be expensive.”

“I actually drove past two other post offices to come here. It's fifteen minutes from my house, while the other two are less than five. I did this because those offices had extremely low ratings, even if you account for a skewed ratio (generally, unhappy customers rate businesses far more often than happy customers).
I was not disappointed. All I found here was friendliness and efficiency. Darlene was an absolute gem. I honestly did not have the energy to deal with someone grumpy today, and while I don't begrudge anyone having a bad day, I just wanted to see a friendly face, especially since I had an unusual mail request.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted customers with a warm smile and a positive attitude—something you don’t often see in government offices where interactions can sometimes feel rushed or unfriendly.

“I am always stressed to the max when coming to the post office but my lovely new friend Cherie that works there was so calm and helpful. I had to repackage all of my things twice so I saw her interacting with a lot of people that came through and she is truly such a sweet and kind lady. Also very knowledgeable about her job. I always have a wonderful experience at this post office, thanks to Tim. He is incredibly kind, patient, and helpful every time I come in. He is always so sweet to my son and makes us feel welcome.
One time I didn’t have tape for my package, and Tim went out of his way to help me find some so I could get everything mailed. It’s little acts of kindness like that that make such a difference.
He is always professional, friendly, and willing to help with any questions. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tim, for making every visit such a positive experience!”
“I have visited this location several times and received good customer service. Although the store is very small it has always been organized. There is not plenty of parking so you might have to park a few spots away. However, there is handicap accessible parking for those who need it. The limited parking is probably the only thing I don't like about this location.”
“Strangely enough I have a fair bit of experiences with many different post offices in the area and this location is by far one of the nicest. The employees have come to recognize me and I am able to joke around with them which breaks the usual PO tension.”

“I’ve been to this post office a few times and always have good service, however today I receive EXCELLENT service. Markeisha went above and beyond to help me get my wedding invitations out. She went one by one to add additional postage that I was missing due to the contents of the envelope. She took her time and was so nice”

“Brookfield people, we need to be more grateful for our service workers. Went to another location this morning and they wanted me to buy a whole roll of tape for just a little piece. I’d rather come back all the way home and make sure my mail is taken care of. “This is my favorite post office, Tiffany & David are the best & have gone over & beyond since I began mailing my packages from here in 2020. I sell & ship rare plants & they've always gotten to their destination when I mail from this post office. I've had issues at other locations but this one has consistently followed through & been super nice. I'll always come here & am grateful for them!”

“I went to Homewood with a 2pm appointment Monday for a Passport, and it was a mess. Rescheduled for the next day at Hazel Crest.These 2 ladies, Andrea was one, I didn’t catch the other, but both were very pleasant, very kind, helpful, and just all around made the whole experience amazing and efficient. “I had such a wonderful experience at the USPS today thanks to Donae! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude, which honestly made such a difference. She helped me with a return, walked me through certifying a piece of mail, and even took the time to schedule my passport appointment.
What really stood out to me was her patience and kindness. At other locations, I’ve sometimes felt rushed or like my questions were an inconvenience, but with Donae, it was the complete opposite. She made everything simple, efficient, and pleasant and I truly left feeling grateful for her help.

“I have been coming here for the last 10 years that I lived in this area and never had an unpleasant experience. I went in today after looking at the hours and then seeing these bad reviews, so I had to leave this now. I was in there alone, I stood aside because I had to fill in some information that the attendant was so nice to show me for sending certified mail. Mind you there were 30 minutes left til close. And then SIX people walk in, and she kicks in to high gear all the while maintaining her pleasantness. When she sees I was done she lets me come back up and finish my transaction. Her name was LEASES (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and she was so pleasant and so speedy (the lady behind me also complimented her), and a perfect employee to have had instructed me WHILE attending to six other people (which of course always happens right before close). Polite to everyone while I filled my paperwork, and remained polite to me with all my questions. Thank you!”

“I requested passport service and the young man, clerk 62 was very helpful. He provided step by step instructions on completing form, what was needed, cost, and they could take photos. I was very impressed with care he provided.
I took a train downtown to a passport service business and didn't get the attention or care that clerk 62 provided. Secondly cost downtown was about $600, cost at post office was $160

“This has to be the most no nonsense post office in the area. You bring your packages, they take your packages, you then leave! Couldnt ask for better service. In and out always even if its busy! Try that at bridgeview. A stop at bridgeview usually takes 15-30 minutes in line then an attitude on top of that from the woman that her name starts with V. Thank you worth for easy and pleasant transactions!”
