“Here, this workshop for me is very special, the people, the man, the owner, very kind, very attentive, and well, I'm going to go. I have been going for many years, and honestly, the man is a very good person. The workers, the few that there are, are very kind and well. Honestly, they are very upright because when you drive a car and you think it is not right, they always try to make sure your car is in perfect condition and they are also people who, when someone goes and says this is not good, the man always tries to fix the problem and That counts a lot like me, well, I went because I had already bought my battery there and the very kind man still did not have the coverage and he was very kind. He changed it for me and well, they are small things that one as a buyer or client Well, look for attention And the details are when you return. Honestly, I have been going to that workshop for about 20 years exactly and sincerely, you return to where they treat you well and give you good service and that the people are aware. I recommend it to you. Thank you very much.”

“Outstanding UHaul location; I go 20 minutes out of my way from the terrible ones closer to me. Bryan, Luna, Alesia, Maria, Wendy, Tyler, and Alecia (apologies for any misspellings; I didn't even remember Bryan's name the second time due, I would "say" mainly, to cognitive load) were tremendously warm, welcoming, kind, helpful, and understanding. If you're going to go to a UHaul anywhere near here, pick this one.”
“This is my first time using U-Haul storage services in my experience was beyond what I could have imagine despite others peoples previous reviews. At this particular location in Markham, the general manager (Tamica) along with the cashier (Nunn) made me feel like family rather than a just a customer. The atmosphere was friendly. The store was very clean, and although they did not have the unit that I wanted available at the moment, they were still able to accommodate me temporarily until the wound that I desired will be available free of charge.”
“My husband keeps a room there for all his tools. A very nice clean room in fact the inside is very nice no clutter cars management is there to help and assist.They have racks etc means of getting tour storage to your rented room. I love their exit doors where you excess in case of emergency besides coming in and going out.Very clean very cleanAnd everything works I. His use”

“Clean and almost new rental cargo van - used to move some larger items and boxes. Rode like a dream, and good mileage - 186 miles and around 10 gallons. Location was clean, well kept and easy to find. Staff, from on the phone to in person were friendly and helpful. Rates were good - check them frequently as they are demand based. Initially it was $89 a day with 150 free miles - still a good deal. The day before my rental it dropped to $59, so I called and was able to cancel the original reservation and make a new one at the cheaper rate.One thing I will add, if you drive the Illinois tollway and use the pay-by-plate system or add the plate to your iPass, be sure to include the tag designation with the plate number, even though it's not technically part of the number. For example, if there's a stacked F and P on the plate, they have to be part of the plate number. Otherwise you'll get fined by the tollway AND Enterprise will stick you with a $25 "administration fee." I just got done arguing with them again - I used the pay by plate and paid the tolls. Then they sent me violations for the same tolls! $25 per toll administration fee. I know it's not the local branch, but seriously?”
