Not only was the Napa parts store unable to confirm our purchase without us providing a (2 year old) receipt, they didn’t even have the replacement in stock. We wound up back here at Batteries Unlimited and bought a new one, which was in stock. Good service, good advice, many new and used options.”

“The person at the counter(Sydney) was friendly and knowledgeable about replacing car batteries in my SUV. There was a broken part (battery terminal) that need replacement and she and staff replace the broken part, plus put in the new battery. Nice job!”
