“The staff here is the greatest! I've seen a female manager that seems not so nice, but the rest of the staff is A++++. Always so nice and helpful and they are always doing multiple things at once . Some heros don't wear capes ??.
The pharmacy is understaffed. But the staff they do have are incredibly helpful and kind and considering how overwhelmed they are.... I applaud them. Any complaints about this store and you should take it to corporate because these people are going above and beyond ?”
“Our family requires many prescriptions. I cannot say enough good things about the Osco Pharmacy in Yorkville. I consider them part of my healthcare “team”. I have seen complaints regarding wait times. Does that happen? Yes, on occasion it does. The problem does not always lay with the pharmacy. Insurance companies have made it their business to get between a doctor and patient. No matter where you go anymore, staffing is a problem. My husband’s insurance prefers we do mail order. I PREFER the human touch. I trust the pharmacists and staff at this Osco, literally with the life of my husband and daughter and I would never consider going anywhere else.”
“Thanks to Jack and Aiysha, they were able to help me get my wife's medication at a super reasonable price, when we lost our insurance. These are the people behind the scenes that make it happen, be nice in the drive thru!”
“I don't normally go into Walgreens, but I have been to this one multiple times in the past month. Every time I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience because of a team member named Ginny. Thankful for people like her that provide great service and with a smile.”

“The pharmacists and staff here are all amazing! They show they really care, take time to help as much as they can even when busy, and are knowledgeable/informative. Very appreciate of this great pharmacy.”
