I first met Tim years ago, long before he owned Dreyer’s Auto Service. I trusted him with my cars then, and all these years later I trust him enough that I drive 30 miles each way to his shop rather than use one of the many repair shops in my immediate vicinity.
Tim is one of those increasingly rare mechanics who is not only very good at what he does, but also genuinely honest. He is extremely detail oriented, reasonably priced, and never treats a repair as an opportunity to just run up the bill.
Anyone who has owned cars long enough to need the services of a repair shop understands the value of being able to simply hand over the keys to a mechanic without worrying about unnecessary repairs being suggested or much needed ones being overlooked. With Tim, I never have to worry about either.
He always takes the time to understand what’s actually wrong with the car, communicates clearly, and makes recommendations that take into account the long term reliability of the car, its age and condition, as well as the overall value. In other words, he doesn’t just think about what can be repaired, but about what actually makes sense to tackle.

“This Jiffy Lube is the standard all Jiffy Lubes should strive for, as well as any business. All the employees were great, Brandon, Richard, Casey and Jason. On my last visit my plastic oil filter had some damage but still worked. So today I swung into Zion Jiffy Lube for my oil change with a new metal oil filter housing hoping Jiffy Lube could replace my old one. The guys were like sure no problem. Keep up the good work gentleman it does not go unnoticed.”

“So I booked here this time coz Niles Walmart was putting me in some weird weekday for oil change.
I was surprised and even doubted, that even they did the oil change at all. Service was lightening fast, like real fast I think they took no more than 12-15 minutes actually working on my car. It was fast. Reserving an hour wasnt necessary but I think they wont take without reservation.
I think I was the only customer who booked that day or so but they indeed did my servicing. I am regular Walmart Oil changer and this was surprising fast kids out there. If they werent that far, I would do here again but lets see if Niles fails me again”
