Now that I have your attention, I would highly recommend Millhouse Auto Body. Brought my vehicle to them for a small chip repair and received a very, very reasonable estimate (which is rare these days so many people/business are trying to get every penny out the customer as they can). Anyways, I decided to try them out. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning and got a call early that afternoon saying it was ready and that they had a very hard time matching the color (metallic gunmetal gray color) which I already knew was a going to be a hard color to spot touch up for it to look 100%. Got back over to the shop and I would say it was 85-90% true to rest of the color. The only way to make it 100% would be to paint the entire door which would have been absurd for a 2x2mm chip. Started talking with the GM how much effort went into trying to figure out how to get it 100% and finally came to the conclusion that they can’t with such a small chip repair. Which I understand from my own experiences so I knew he was correct with what I was being told.
To say the least because Millhouse takes such pride in their workmanship and the fact they couldn’t get the chip repair 100% color matched the general manager refused to take any money from me. Who the hell does that in today’s world! I thought that was an incredible standup thing to do. Not many people are like that anymore.
Suffice to say, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Millhouse Auto Body shop.”

“The reviews are spot on! I needed a PCV valve replaced, and it was in a tricky spot that required removing my car's manifold (several hours of labor). Every other shop I checked quoted twice the price, but Igor (the owner) saved me $300! Since I live in Deerfield, he even offered to transport my car to and from Waukegan. When I tried to tip him he refused; that's integrity!
Just note they only accept cash and if you want an invoice you'll need to ask. Otherwise, it was fantastic service from Igor!”

“If I could give this guy more than 5 stars I would. I had significant front bumper damage to my Camry. 3 different people recommended Turner auto body. This guy fixed EVERYTHING on my car including small damages that weren’t even caused from the bumper collision and he did it all for half the price of every other place I got a quote from. “classic auto body in waukegan took my poor, mangled car which looked like it lost a bar fight with a semi and made it look so fresh i half expected it to start asking for modeling contracts. the crew here clearly knows their stuff. they’re like car surgeons, except with less beeping machines and more “don’t worry, we got this.” i dropped it off looking like a craigslist “project car” and picked it up looking like it just rolled out of a showroom. bonus points for not judging me when i explained how the damage happened. (yes, a shopping cart was involved. yes, it was going suspiciously fast.) they just smiled, nodded, and went to work like it was nothing.”

I received an honest estimate and encouragement for my quarter panel/rear side flap that was a result of a hit and run (I wasn’t planning to repair cosmetic dmg with the estimate I received from my mechanic for other parts already repaired to get the car driving). Waukegan Tire recommended me to Maj-estic ?
I let the office know I was already planning to trade in my car at the end of the year and would rather save for a down payment for a new one, and they offered to screw in my flap so I don’t run into any issues on the road.

“My wife's car failed the smog test and the technician said that the catalytic converter was defective so I contacted Uribe and he replaced it with a new converter. When I took the car back in for the smog test it failed again. I then took the car to an independent mechanic and it was determined that the converter wasn't getting hot enough to burn the gases so I took it back to Uribe, thinking that maybe the new converter was defective. Uribe verified that the converter wasn't getting hot enough and took me to another mechanic who verified that nothing was wrong with the converter and the real problem was the thermostat. Replacing the thermostat fixed the problem. Uribe went the extra mile to ensure that the problem was fixed. It's not often where an individual will invest this much effort to satisfy a customer. I definitely recommend Uribe for anyone needing muffler work as Uribe is both honest and reasonable in his prices, a combination you don't see often enough in today's world.”
